Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), also called Saigon, is the largest city in Vietnam, with an estimated population of 10 million in 2023. The city's landscape is marked by several rivers and canals, the largest being the Saigon River.

Landmark 81

Landmark 81 is a supertall skyscraper located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, developed primarily by Vinhomes, the country’s largest real estate developer. Standing at 461.2 meters (1,513 feet) with 81 stories, it is the tallest building in Vietnam, the second tallest in Southeast Asia, and ranks as the 17th tallest globally. Situated on the western bank of the Saigon River in the Binh Thanh District, just north of the city's historic center and adjacent to the Saigon Bridge, the tower is part of Vinhomes Central Park, a $1.5 billion luxury urban development. The building features hotels, conference facilities, luxury apartments, upscale retail outlets, restaurants, bars, and a multi-level observation deck.

International University

International University (IU), established in 2003, is part of Viet Nam National University in Ho Chi Minh City and is the first public university in Vietnam to adopt English as its primary language of instruction. IU offers a variety of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, and collaborates with prestigious universities around the world. The university has achieved several accreditations, including AUN-QA and ASIIN, underscoring its dedication to maintaining high academic standards.
