Instructions for Poster Preparation
The assignments of individual posters to Poster Sessions is provided in the conference program.
Please follow these guidelines when preparing your poster for the conference:
1. Poster Size
· Posters should be plotted preferably on one sheet of paper of A0 size (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
· Please note that it is unacceptable to print A4 sheets and hang them on the poster board.
2. On-Site Poster Delivery
· For those presenting on-site, we encourage you to deliver your printed poster to the registration desk by November 12th at 11:00 AM.
3. Title, Authors, and Contact Information
· The title and authors of the original article must be displayed on the poster.
· It is recommended to include contact details of the author or presenter (e.g., email, affiliation).
4. Content Focus
· Focus on a visual representation of the key findings and achievements.
· Do not include the full text of the article on the poster.
· The typical content of a poster comprises:
· Introduction – objectives, context hypotheses, or predictions
· Methods – subjects, study site, and schemas
· Results – including charts, tables, and photos
· Discussion and conclusions – why the findings are significant
· Acknowledgments and references
5. Readability and Design
· Ensure that the font size is appropriate for large-format printing so that the content remains easily readable from a distance (min.1.5 meters away).
· The poster may be in color, but ensure all elements remain clear and legible with sufficient contrast.
· The poster message should be clear and understandable, even without an oral explanation.
6. Poster session
At least one author must be physically present during the poster session. Each presenter is expected to provide a 1–2 minute oral summary of their research, after which 2–3 minutes will be allocated for questions and answers.
