A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Ibis Styles and Mercure Budapest Korona hotels. The local Organizing Committee has secured special rates for participants, where “flex” means that the booked accommodation can be cancelled until a certain date without payment and “non-flex” means that the booked accommodation has to be paid when booking.
